‎”Fear lives in the guts. That’s where it makes its home. It moves in, shifts stuff around; empties a space for itself—it likes the echoes its wingbeats make. It likes the smell of its own farts.”

‎-Mick Herron, Slow Horses (Slough House, #1)

‎Fear is a tool.

‎This is why Horror movies are scary, because as human beings, we naturally feel fear.

‎Not only in the gut that the fear will feel because, biologically speaking, that fear will show in your amygdala, which is called a “Lizard Brain.”

‎If you experience fear, it will be beneficial to try to address it.

‎Action will always defeat that fear inside you.

‎So the question is, what action do you take so that those fears will replace a feeling of bravery?

‎Take note, you can’t take away those fears, and if you face your fears, the more it will stare at you.

‎Feel the fear and act.
