”Love confirms who a person is, and that they are worth loving. Politics do not confirm who a person is.”
-Rachel Kushner, Creation Lake
Don’t be a politics of love.
Well, I just invented it.
So what is the Politics of Love?
Politics of Love- when you are running a candidate of a person that you want to win their heart, you need to do all the things, even unethical things, and you make a promise, but you can’t keep it.
Numbers don’t matter because in the long run, it’s just numbers, and it’s not helpful.
It doesn’t make you proud.
What matters? Is the ability to see what you actually do and act rather than just make you feel a fool.
You can’t have results and beneficial results if you cannot change.
Please change. ( I beg you) We are humans and we make mistakes.
Maybe those mistakes lead you into learning.
Be a special and different person who is worth having, not for all, but for someone.
That one person who you want and who inspires you to be better.
That each of you individually has a value to share with each other and that may last forever.
