“Business schools don’t create successful people. They simply accept them, then take credit for their success.”

‎‎-Josh Kaufman, The Personal MBA: A World-Class Business Education in a Single Volume

‎What does success look like to you?

‎‎Because most people are measuring the wrong thing every time.

‎‎They measure the wrong thing because they want the outcome rather than the input they need to work on.

‎‎You are successful already, there is no doubt about that, especially when you have a roof in your head, you have your technology and internet, and food daily.

‎‎The point is, if you only measure what matters more, then you don’t have to worry about everything else you don’t have.

‎‎Sometimes people measure success by how much money they have, how many followers and likes or views they have on social media, how famous they are, or how attractive they are.

‎‎True success is how many people will miss you when you are gone.

‎‎And people miss you because of the impact that you had on them, not because you are handsome and pretty, but because of the work that you do that is generous enough.
