‎What happens is they go first, they eat first, and sacrifice the needs of others.

‎It’s no surprise that a lot of people suffer from poverty because of the kind of leadership that didn’t work out so well.

‎Make no mistake, leaders go first in action to lead. That’s why they call leaders, but when it comes to working out together, leaders eat last so that the team can pull together.
