‎”Happiness is a mental habit, a mental attitude, and if it is not learned and practiced in the present it is never experienced. It cannot be made contingent upon solving some external problem. When one problem is solved, another appears to take its place. Life is a series of problems. If you are to be happy at all, you must be happy – period! Not happy “because of”.

‎-Maxwell Maltz, Psycho-Cybernetics: Updated and Expanded (The Psycho-Cybernetics Series)

‎There are different kinds of meaning about these things called happiness.

‎Happiness for some people might be money.

‎Happiness might be amusing to laugh about.

‎Happiness might be the material things you take care of.

‎Happiness is also not subjective but an objective.

‎I say that because, to be happy, there must be a reason behind it.

‎You can’t be happy without feeling that you gain something.

‎For me, real happiness is about contributing to society, a community, or a group of people who are deprived of basic necessities like shelter, food, and daily essentials. When you give, the sure thing is that you feel good.

‎Give because you feel good not because you want to impress.

‎That leads to happiness.
