They call it a problem because there is a solution to it. Problems that have no solution are just situations that maybe we can’t ignore. That’s what the person is because of their situation. The only thing that changes a person’s behavior is their environment and culture. Changing a culture is hard it’s like a revolution of a certain kind of idea.
Please don’t change the world, you can’t especially if you are alone. Change your actions, and your actions will accumulate tiny changes. If you are consistent enough with the little things that matter. It’s all about consistency, not intensity.
