This is why we are alive. If we don’t feel pain anymore that’s a real trouble. Feeling pain gives us more understanding about ourselves because If you don’t feel pain, sometimes it’s like there is no such thing as improvement. The improvement that I’m talking about is like going to the gym. This is the broader understanding of the saying, “No pain, no gain!”
If you are feeling anxious, tired, or mentally tired, it is because there is something that wants you to understand psychologically. It is a map that guides you towards meaning.
