If people deserve it because of how they have an impact on other people. It always depends on people. A person can admire someone but what actually admires about it is the things that he or she can’t forget. If the Artist has a lot of fan base it is because of her Art. Some Artists are proud of themselves. It’s like they deserve all. Vanity blinds the Artist to make great Art.
We as an Artist don’t deserve anything like honor If we don’t honestly delight the people that we serve in our Art. Just do and make your craft and let people decide for it. Expect that there are only some people who will love it and anyone will ignore it. That’s okay.
