“Throughout the walk, we adopt a method of engaging with the landscape.”
-Walking as a Research Practice
You walk for a reason and that reason lies to discover something. If you have research or something that needs to be explained in-depth or in a broader way, walking might help. Walking not just walks, but our brains consume the structure, nature, and places that seem interesting, and If those things seem interesting, our brains will be at work. For most of us, our brains can’t work actively when we are only in one place because they become passive. That’s why walking helps you If you have research that practice changes an enormous amount.
