Sleep is the medicine for your brain and body that is draining because of your all-day work.
Sleep is your superpower when you want to gain knowledge clearly and stay sane.
Sleep is your energy when you are weak.
Sleep is your buddy when you are emotionally hurt.
The question is, why do most people struggle to sleep better, like having 8 hours of sleep or more, when you actually benefit from it in your overall being?
Success for me is having a good night’s sleep and waking up with a fresh start.
