Most people, especially civilians, are not aware of the consequences of their actions. (Not willing to sacrifice)
That’s why it always leads to a trap.
The question might be, how can you create an environment in which people feel safe? Because the most important thing is teamwork, and that job is for those leaders who lead.
Teams pull together not because of their talent but with skills and those skills together combine, is enough to build a strong organization, company, or tribe.
