I just wanted to be one of The Strokes
Now look at the mess you made me make
Hitchhiking with a monogrammed suitcase
Miles away from any half-useful imaginary highway
I’m a big name in deep space
Ask your mates but golden boy’s in bad shape
I found out the hard way
That here ain’t no place for dolls like you and me
Everybody’s on a barge
Floating down the endless stream of great TV

-Star Treatment by Arctic Monkeys
This album is a collection of live performances by the band during their appearance at the Royal Albert Hall in aid of War Child UK.
Bands like Arctic Monkeys are so rare that they didn’t make music by today’s trends or standards.
They are not like artists who create music by repetition and have a kind of music that is easy to copy; rather, they create their Art by wanting to evoke a certain feeling about it.
They experiment with different kinds of sound and genre whether it is rock, orchestral rock, or jazz but their main genre is alternative rock.
They are part of the bands that popularized the genre in the 2000s called “New Wave.” (In which The Strokes are part of it and one of their influence)
If you look for a kind of music that is not so heavy rock but just a bit a little kind of soft music, having a great sound in which it all came from their instruments by playing it then this band is not just a must-see in a concert but to listen to in a lifetime.
