The Revolutionist

‎”Histories were being contested in ways that were disturbing for some, empowering for others. This was the time when Liberation and Revolution meant something very real and urgent.”

‎-Jason Burke, The Revolutionist

‎History repeats itself but there is a condition and that condition serves to make us more terrifying and frightening than ever before.

‎We know what happened in the past and the past is full of tensions, uprisings, and bloodshed between people.

‎But for me now in the present times and most importantly, in the future we live in revolutionary times in any aspect such as technological advancement, agriculture, or the livelihood of each individual person whose income is so little and it will be only enough to put food on the table.

‎Just like the lyrics of the song by the band Oasis titled, Don’t Look Back in Anger

So I start a revolution from my bed
‎Cos you said the brains I have went to my head
‎Step outside, the summertime’s in bloom
‎Stand up beside the fireplace, take that look off your face
‎Cos you ain’t ever gonna burn my heart out
