“Listen to me very closely: being looked at is not the same as being seen.”
-Tess Gunty, The Rabbit Hutch
Every day you are being seen, especially powered by your phone and camera, and you post it online.
People can see it or maybe a million people can see it.
But some people are worth more when those people are truly looking for you than a million.
We like the feeling of being seen, but being seen is designed by tech gurus on how they want our attention, and that attention produces more anxious people than ever before, which leads to less productivity and a more meaningless life especially in the individual’s life.
Peace of mind is much more important than ever before because it’s a priority first that you must make in your life.
Don’t be fooled that happiness and peace come from being seen by a million people.
True happiness comes from even if not being seen, but that is also a protection so that happiness and peace will never be taken away.
It’s like a private, but not locking the gate unless you have your dog that barks first when there are strangers who look at you who are coming.
