There are different kinds of meaning about this powerful thing called Money.
But money is a story.
According to Historian Yuval Noah Harari, money is a fictional concept that has been created and agreed upon by humans. It’s a collective belief system that allows us to trade goods and services with each other. In his words, “Money is perhaps the most universal and most efficient system of mutual trust ever devised.
When people have power, it’s because he has money, and it attracts it.
When power is abused, it is because money is the reason why. As Thomas Pynchon wrote, “It has no honor, it begs to be suburbanized and corrupted.
