Batty: Quite an experience to live in fear, isn’t it? That’s what it is to be a slave.
Each and every person has an order to follow or the highest rule that they want to serve.
That order or rule has consequences.
They have different consequences and they are only two.
For the good or bad.
For the good means to gain something beneficial.
For bad means punishment.
Fear is a tool because without fear, it’s useless that there is such a thing as a higher order but it is also used as a substitute or by making an excuse to make something or do something that the rulers are controlling the people that they want to control.
Bureaucracies, organizations, and companies intend to believe that to gain a mass of people, they need to do everything to gain them.
Fear is an asset to them to make and do what they want to make.
It’s like they have a mass of animals to follow and control them.
Without the generosity, insights, trust, and loyalty, it’s not beneficial in the long run especially when the point of all that we make and do is to build to last.
