We Seek the outcome always.
Whether you are in companies that manage you to be a cog in the system.
Do your job, don’t care what happens in your company just do your job, because the outcome is the salary you will receive.
Do the work school, get the materials, and modules and in the future, you have a job.
Industrial thinking nowadays has proved to us that we seek always the outcome.
But the outcome that we expect nowadays is not happening right now or in the future.
Jobs are not permanent.
We don’t learn in school instead what we learn is to become a by-product of the system that rewards guarantee, or we see now there is no guarantee anymore.
The world is not always the same.
That’s why people nowadays are creative.
They lunch businesses on their own, whether it is online or offline.
The question is, you are willing to change and change the people you serve?
