This is one of the reasons when someone succeeds in the team and the other is not recognized.
The problems arise however if we don’t share our achievements on the team.
If we take all the credit, maybe there is somebody who jealous about it.
Instead, that happens, why we don’t share our achievements on the team because working together as a team makes things happen.
When someone succeeds in the team, meaning this serves to inspire other teammates.
But when someone succeeds in the team, and the teammate got jealous, the team started to crack.
I hope someday I inspire you, and together, we inspire other people.
