It starts in the connection.
When the connection is strong, helping each other takes care of itself.
It’s like dating someone.
When the guy court the girl they are talking to each other, get to know each other, and see each other again.
But the problem is if we don’t do it again, and practice again, talk to each other again, get to know what happens to them (Which requires empathy or listening to them) we can’t build strong bonds or relationships.
Strong bonds and relationships require you to show not tell, you are there not because of any reason but the real reason is you have a connection, and that connection is the first practice that we do.
Which is hard.
It’s much easier to tell someone, and we go away.
It’s hard to show ourselves to someone, and listening to them, read what they feel, and do it again.
When we work on something and we think we need help, we didn’t notice or expect one day that someone is there to ask, “How can I help?”
I hope someday I inspire you, and together, we inspire other people.
