
If you want mass-market success or mass-market acceptance of the idea, what most marketers do is Buy ads whether it is TV ads or Social Media ads.
That thing is work in a short time but not in the long run.
Because at the end of the day people hate products that inconsistency. meaning they buy it accidentally.
No one buys a product accidentally because only of the attention on TV or Social Media ads and in reality that’s not the product that the customer expected to get.
This is why we face now in our companies the lack of loyalty for our customers.
Yes, they buy your product but they didn’t delight and care about it in the long run.
The point is we can’t please or reach everyone.
The goodnews is we live in a world that the foundation of our economy is the connection, and maybe that connection serves to be a strong and efficient economy.
How we do that?
We do is enrollment so that we know who the people we serve and who for it.
If we don’t know the people we serve, how they trust us? Care about our products and most importantly, be loyal.
This what I mean by the connection that makes our economy strong and efficient.
