By Confronting whether, in the subject of Business or Politics, most of the news you hear starts with the Impact which is the Outcome.

In Business meetings, most of all is giving the presentation on the Impact like to get the x, y, z or the percentage that the company want to get. (To maximize revenue)

Maximizing the revenue becomes the point of Business.

But recognizable and strong companies like Nike and Apple, have something different because they sell Feelings first and the behaviour is people will buy and the Impact both for the Company, Employee and Customer benefited.

Sell and Market based on what Feelings people had, and the Behavior will show up and the Impact must both the Company, Employee and Customer benefited but it takes Consistency to work the FBI.
