In the Military especially those times that the Military is Voluntary in WW1 and WW2, they give medals, awards, certificates, and cards to those Soldiers who sacrifice themselves so that others may gain.
In-School, Companies, Factories, or institutions, they give medals, awards certificates, and cards to those students, employees, and workers even they have no foundational experience in doing the work.
We have a different situation but the same human beings.
The point is, yes these things like medals, awards, certificates, and cards are matters, but are you worth having it?
This is not because we want medals, awards and certificates, and cards but we simply doing the work that is bigger than ourselves that also people around us benefited genuinely, to find their Creativity, Potentiality, Possibility, Individuality and most importantly, Inspire each other for our different journeys to a better future.
