Names it means like our name in the awards, certificates, and cards.

This doesn’t mean these things didn’t matter of course they are.

But I’m talking about is the connection to each other.

How you trust someone when they only show you an award, certificate, and card but in real life, you didn’t know what they experience we’re?

Experiences mean the origin story that makes us who we are and the package for that is behaviors.

If we don’t know what are the behaviors of those people that have awards, certificates, and cards, we hold back and think a second for that.

It turns out that experiences are way more have a value than awards, certificates, and cards.

Awards, certificates, and cards are the result of certain experiences but when you get an award,. certificates, and cards without experience that is a fraud.

This means awards, certificates, and cards are not what makes us who we are that we are proud of and inspire others but only the experiences we had and those experiences worth having an award, certificates, and cards.

This is also what is school for?

You enroll, especially in public school, hear some lesson that actually you didn’t learn by doing because they judge you by the score of your test. So If you good at tests they give you an award, certificates, and cards but in the future job, the struggle comes so you quit your job or you want to quit your job because you don’t have the foundational experience to face those stress and anxiety in your job.

The point is awards, certificates, and card doesn’t make us who we are or to improve ourselves to have potential on something but instead to have experiences to do the work that matters that is generous enough to help other people because of shared experiences to each other.
