I read the book written by Simon Sinek, the title is Leaders Eat Last.

In this book what Simon Sinek points out is those who have strong cultures that full together have a Leader who is selfless which has empathy for their people. most importantly, Leaders want their people to feel safe. and the people follow this Leader, Call them, and proudly call themselves a follower.

On the other hand, those who have weak cultures didn’t full together, In fact, they break suddenly and disloyalty is high. This Leader is selfish which has no empathy for their people, people judge by their numbers, give them a piece of money and go away. This Leader Eat First.

The problem is, when this Leader Eat First, the people around her/him hide, fake, and lie.

So what I learn in this is, Eating last means you have empathy for your people you serve, especially when you do your Art, not because you are famous but because you serve those people that it might help them also.

Eating first is selfish, they want to be first, recognize and use people or lay them off to maximize his/her power, gain more power and make more money, and when they die, their name is forgotten.

Do want to eat last or eat first?

It’s a choice.
