This increases your risk for cancer and other chronic health problems. like Arthritis, Asthma, Cancer, Diabetes, and Alzheimer’s disease. Overeating especially unhealthy foods can take its toll on your digestive system.
The point of this is, we believe in our daily life that being fat is healthy which is a myth.
They say, “Oh you are fat, so you are healthy.”
The foods nowadays is not all natural.
We think they are natural but in reality, we didn’t know what the process when these foods make.
This is also one of the reasons why this pandemic happens because of the foods we eat.
The foods we eat affects our mind not just only our body.
For example, If you watch TV or advertising on Social Media, you see many foods and when you feel hungry. So when you feel hungry, you want to eat.
Food Advertisement knows this, When they advertise something like foods, they want all people feel hungry and the chemical of the body of human which is the dopamine release, this is why we feel hungry and we like to eat more.
The more dopamine we release in our body, we like to eat more.
Because the chemical in our body called dopamine is highly, highly addictive.
We know that being addict has a cost, It might your health or your life.
If we can’t control it, we might become addicted to Foods not only that but on Social Media or Video Games.
The point is, there is nothing wrong about to eat, but as the doctors said, “There is wrong on overeating.”
Eating is part of our survival as human species, but nowadays when foods are not healthy, we might think about it.
With a proper mindset and proper eating that’s what healthy is not something that we become addicts to foods, like whatever foods we see, we eat.
