In the Military, they choose something to sacrificed themselves so that others may gain like it’s a matter of life and death.

In Business, they choose something that will be sacrificed so that they may gain like layoffs on employees.

In the Military they have brothers and sisters that have strong bonds to each other.

In Business they have co-workers that they didn’t know each other well.

In the Military they have mission to have a safe environment.

In Business they have mission to maximize revenue and the expense of environment.

In the Military they eat last to the benefit of the people around them like it’s not important to them what the award or honor that they get.

In Business they benefit first and the people around them is the expense so that they gain more power, and dominate the world.

In the Military worth the respect but In Business worth of money only.

So the idea is, how can you create a business or company like the Military which is the effective performer of the group in society so that your business or company will become effective not just about sales but to make an impact in society?
