‎We must also sleep at night because we need energy during the day and your bed will become like a charging station.

‎A smartphone will need to charge because when it is not, the battery will drain, or worse, your phone will not function normally.

‎The same is true of our bodies, as they have complex systems, and the rest of having a good night’s sleep is essential.
