We are most awake during the daytime, and our energy is utilized during that time.
We must also sleep at night because we need energy during the day and your bed will become like a charging station.
A smartphone will need to charge because when it is not, the battery will drain, or worse, your phone will not function normally.
The same is true of our bodies, as they have complex systems, and the rest of having a good night’s sleep is essential.
