It means your are specific about who’s it for?
If you are eager to share it with anyone, then they ignore you.
It’s better if your Writing will share to someone and ignore everyone.
Ignore everyone means they are not the right people for your writing, there is someone who will eager to tell their friends.
Your Writing will be worth talking not by everyone but for someone.
