He tells an advanced story of vision in the future to Inspire.
So he does the work first and what his work will be the representative to Inspire.
He Practice Leadership.
He do it with Intent which lead to the question of “Why?”
and ones he know “Why?” he do it, he find “How?”
How is something that reflects “Why he do it in the first place?”
The result may be the work that he does, which leads to the question of “What?”
That’s how Leadership by Inspiration works, by asking the question, and practice it.
Those who do this, Inspires someone not now, and tomorrow but if he consistent and didn’t quit, that’s Leadership by Inspiration.
