Every year his name is chosen not by the committee of the Nobel Prize but by his devoted readers and fans all around the world.
This is what happens when readers and fans of the novels of a Writer or Novelist, they point out their choice to be awarded even they didn’t know who is on the list but because they are devoted to the Novelist when they read his novels and they proudly say, “Haruki Murakami” that they have chosen to be awarded by Nobel Prize in Literature.
I don’t think Haruki Murakami wants or pursue himself to be awarded but he is chosen by his devoted readers and fans all around the world.
