What do I mean by that?

Think about Management, they tell you, “do your job, do that, do this.”

They tell what to do but they themselves, they didn’t do something.

So the pressure is overwhelming.

So the result is stressful work.

How about Leadership?

To express Leadership especially If you are a Leader means “How can I help to do your job?” “Is there anything you need to do your job better?” “Are you struggling in your job?”

If you apply these practices in your work environment genuinely and people will vulnerable enough to answer those questions honestly, they feel and show their natural best.

But If people will not vulnerable enough to answer those questions honestly, they Hide, Lie, and Fake.

Before we Inspire others to work tirelessly, If you are a Leader, you must be Inspiring to your people by practicing Leadership with empathy, care, and love.
