Doing the work that we never Love called stress, which lead to anxiety and If the anxiety makes worse, the bad result will be Depression.
If you work in a public company, the pressure is overwhelming, especially you didn’t love what you do.
That means you don’t have a connection with your boss, and the connection you have with your boss is the obligation that you must do.
The connection that I’m talking about is Friendship that you make, the relationship that you create so that you both have a Team that Inspire each other, make things better, and doing the work that matters.
When the Team is working together and Love each other, they inspire other people.
Loving their work shows up, and loyalty is the norm.
They didn’t quit and they work in the rest of their lives.
When someone tells them that they have a high-paying job, they turn it down that because they love their work and that’s what we called the work of a Lifetime.
I hope someday I Inspire you, and together, we Inspire other people.
