If you have a business then it’s obvious that you need clients and customers.

If you don’t then you want only the customer’s money, not the loyalty.

As Simon Sinek points out in his book Leaders Eat Last, “If you don’t understand people, you don’t understand business.”

So the question is, are you building a business to serve your clients and customers and willing to disturb by them, which means you invest in the relationship for your customers not getting money only?

Building a business is hard, but building a relationship with your clients and customer, is much harder.

Relationship with clients and customers with loyalty is priceless than simply get their money.
