This Manager demands always.
He wants to follow what he say.
He use other people’s time so that gives him a time.
He demands respect but in reality what he want is these thing called money.
If you make a misktake they hurt your feelings or downgraded you like, “What are you doing? Do the thing that I told you, not on what you do.”
It’s time to speak up.
But Leaders in the other hand, he lead.
Do the thing and work hard without blaming other people because what he do is to inspire them not to hurt their feelings.
Most importantly, they help people to become who they need to become.
This Leader worth to show our respect to them not This Manager that demand always.
I hope someday I inspire you, and together, we inspire other people.
