
There is a difference between Management and Leadership.
Management is to tell people what they do.
Leadership is to show people how to do.
The problems arise however if we want people to follow because management gonna do is to tell that’s it because their job is “To Tell.”
That’s why we know all of this that being a manager is like a boss.
But it is exhausted.
This is not because the manager or boss are bad people.
We don’t have a restaurant if there is no manager on it.
That’s why they are important.
The question is how people follow to do what the boss tells them?
If we gonna apply and practice the Leadership thing, that’s it.
How we know if people have Leadership?
It’s like a parent, it’s hard to become a parent when your children fail and you are there to give there a chance so that they succeed, you are there to support them, discipline them when necessary, helps them to build their confidence and most importantly, your are there because of their dream that you passed it to your children.
The reality is it’s hard.
And this thing is a Lifetime.
