The Team is not only to work together but also to trust each other.
For Example, In the Military, the soldiers before going to the battlefield they must know each other, working together with a plan, most importantly, trust each other.
If they don’t trust each other, they think about what they gain or in other words, selfishness. also, they don’t look at each other’s situation.
This is the power of working together and trust each other.
Working together and trust each other means they don’t think about what they gain, they didn’t think about selfishness, and they look at each other’s situation, whatever the situation is. In other words, if they were injured on the battlefield, they help each other.
Hopefully and faithfully, if this happens to any organizations and company, something remarkable happens.
