That’s called voluntary.

Think about that for a second, when you have a meeting in office work then someone on your team leader asks, who can do this work? then you notice no one raise their hand or worse your colleague point you.

If that’s what happens, the care is low.

When someone raises their hand without asking the team leader and says “How can I help?” that’s called care.

But it starts in the Psychological Environment that makes this thing happen or I don’t know what time happens this but this happens unexpectedly.
