I Learn this from the book titled Leaders Eat Last and The Infinite Game By Simon Sinek.

Every Organization and Company in the world has a Team or Committee.

But that Organization that full together and work together to advance their cause, they have Trusting Teams.

A trusting Team is like a Director, Writer, Producer, Camera-Man, etc. working together that have strong bonds to each other. They have different responsibilities but have the same Dream, Vision, and Cause to make a Remarkable Film.

Trusting Team is also like Lead Singer, Guitarist, Bassist and Drummer working together that have strong bonds to each other. They have different responsibilities but have the same Dream, Vision, and Cause to make Remarkable Songs.

The same is true for Dance Crew, Orchestra Band, Military Team, they work together, look at each other, have strong bonds like a bond of brothers before they go on a mission because of common values and beliefs, and If this happens, the results and performance will speak for itself.

But If they don’t have a Trusting Team, What they had is a group of people that Lying, Hiding and Faking.
